Reporting a wrong conversion
Please include the text you pasted (a sentence or two is enough), what the converter gave you, and what it should have been. If the text came from a document, tell us the font name Word shows for it. Do not send personal or confidential documents - a short sample that shows the problem is all we need, and it helps us fix it for everyone.
What we cannot help with
We cannot send font files, answer questions about a particular exam's results, or convert documents for you by email: the tools on the site do the conversion privately in your own browser. For exam dates and rules, the official notification is the only reliable source.
