The Preeti to Unicode / Hindi mapping is being finalised
Preeti is Nepali rather than Hindi. It shares the Devanagari script but has its own layout and its own conjunct set, so it needs its own map and its own test documents.
There is deliberately no converter on this page yet. A converter that returns wrong Hindi is worse than one that is honest about not being ready, because you would have no way of knowing which letters it got wrong. Still to verify: Preeti.

Preeti is Nepali, not Hindi
Preeti is to Nepali roughly what Kruti Dev is to Hindi: the legacy font that a generation of government offices, newspapers and schools typed in, still embedded in older documents. It uses the same Devanagari script, which is why it looks familiar, but it is a different language with a different keyboard layout.
That matters for accuracy. Nepali uses conjuncts and vowel combinations that Hindi does not, so a Preeti converter built on the Hindi map would be wrong in exactly the places Nepali differs from Hindi. This one will be built and tested against real Nepali documents before it goes live.
